Fence Staining Project Phase 1

District's fence maintenance project will begin on Monday, July 6, 2026. The project includes fence repairs, cleaning, and re-staining of the exterior side of the District-owned fencing to help protect and extend the life of the wood. The work will be performed by USA Fence and Deck.

Phase 1 of the project includes the perimeter (outer) fences highlighted in green on the attached map. Homeowners whose properties adjoin these fence sections should prepare their side of the fence before work begins.

To help crews complete the work safely and efficiently, please:

  • Remove any items attached to or leaning against the fence, including decorations, lighting, signs, planters, and other personal property.
  • Trim back shrubs, vines, tree branches, and other vegetation that may interfere with access to the fence.
  • Move outdoor furniture, equipment, or storage items away from the fence line.
  • Ensure irrigation components, landscaping features, and other improvements near the fence are protected and accessible.

·        If you have a pet in the backyard, please notify USA Fence and Deck and indicate whether it is acceptable or unacceptable for crews to work while your pet is in the yard, using the attached flyer.

Although every effort will be made to avoid disturbance to homeowner property, preparing the area in advance will help prevent delays and reduce the potential for accidental damage.

According to the contractor, the cleaning and staining process will not harm plants, grass, or pets. Weather conditions may affect the schedule, and work may be delayed if necessary.

Please review the emailed flyer for additional information and the attached map to confirm whether your property is adjacent to a fence section included in Phase 1. If you are interested in obtaining a quote to have the interior side of your fence cleaned and stained at the same time, contact USA Fence and Deck at 720-808-7829 as noted in the flyer.
